The Palace Theatre Box Office is open to personal callers on performance days only. If a show commences before 3pm the Box Office opens at 10.00am, if the show does not commence until after 3.00pm the Box Office opens at 3.00pm.The Box Office at the Cliffs Pavilion is open 10.00am - 8.00pm Monday - Saturday. If there is a show on a Sunday it opens 3 hours before the show commences, but is shut on Sundays if there is not a show.
